Houses of Worship

Houses of Worship are typically classified as "Conditionally Permitted Uses" in many municipal zoning ordinances. However, as a Conditional Use, it's often not possible to satisfy all of the requirements of the ordinance and as a result, an application to the Zoning Board of Adjustment is required.

East Point Engineering provides both Site Plan Engineering and Conditional Use Variance testimony in support of applications made by houses of worship. Our experience includes applications for new construction as well as additions/expansions to existing buildings.
