SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

Mr. Papi has 25 years of professional engineering management and design experience with public and private projects. His broad range of project experience includes residential developments, commercial businesses, educational facilities, athletic fields, playgrounds and an assortment of capital improvement projects. With his main focus on site civil engineering and agency permitting he has concentrated on the design and regulatory standards published by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Division of Land Use Regulation, Institute of Transportation Engineers, Soil Conservation Districts, Residential Site Improvement Standards, Federal ADA Standards for Accessible Design and U.S. Green Building Council for Low Impact Development.

He has managed multi-discipline design teams in aspects of project scoping, budgeting and scheduling with tremendous success while focusing on engineering design, agency permitting, contractor bidding and construction administration. His client base includes prominent Universities, School Districts, Municipalities, State Agencies, Architect Firms and Private Developers.

Mr. Papi specializes in preparing due diligence studies and conceptual site layouts for initial phases of project planning and land acquisition. He is an expert in topographic land grading and stormwater management design for detention basins, storm pipe conveyance systems and ground-water recharge systems and is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and numerous storm modeling programs. He also designs water and sewer utilities, retaining walls, soil erosion and sediment control compliance plans, lighting and landscaping and prepares construction/bonding estimates. He has provided professional engineering testimony before various Planning and Zoning Boards, he has written technical specifications for public and private contracts and he has prepared regulatory permit applications for various Local, County and State agencies.
